For a bug report: tell me which tool you were using, which browser you were on, and what happened. If you're comfortable sharing, a short description of the file that caused trouble makes it a lot faster to reproduce.
For a feature idea or a new tool request: describe the actual problem you're trying to solve, not just the tool you think you need. I'll often find a simpler way once I understand the real situation.
For partnerships, media, or anything else: just write it like a normal email. I don't need a subject-line formula.
Usually within two or three working days. I'm based in Tamil Nadu, India, so if you're on the other side of the world there's naturally going to be a timezone gap. If it's genuinely urgent (your site is down because of one of my tools, a security issue, something like that), put the word "Urgent" in the subject and I'll get to it as soon as I'm awake.
