By using GoToolsOnline ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Our Tools

GoToolsOnline provides 50 free online tools for images, PDFs, text, and media—including Image Compressor, Remove Background, Merge/Split PDF, QR Code Generator, Word Counter, and many more. Some tools run only in your browser; others send files or text to our servers for processing. We do not retain your uploads as a permanent archive. A few features use third-party APIs (clearly described on the tool and in our Privacy Policy); by using those tools you understand that necessary data is sent to complete the request.

3. User-Uploaded Content and Your Responsibilities

When you upload files or paste content into our tools, you retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership of user-uploaded content. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content, have created it, or have explicit permission from the rights holder to use and process it
• The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• The content is not illegal, harmful, or offensive under applicable law

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws. GoToolsOnline is a neutral tool; the legal responsibility for how you use it rests with you.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use our tools for lawful purposes only. You must NOT use the Service to:

• Process copyrighted content without permission
• Violate intellectual property, privacy, or other laws
• Upload or process malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Distribute illegal content or content that harasses, defames, or harms others
• Run automated scripts, bots, or bulk requests that overload our servers
• Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site

We reserve the right to block access or terminate use for violations of these terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, QUALITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY OUTPUT. USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOTOOLSONLINE AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION—ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE (WHICH IS ZERO, AS THE SERVICE IS FREE).

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability; in such cases, the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoToolsOnline and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
